Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Games Portal account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items, including all original tags and accessories, into the shipping box and include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
